Annual Salary: $45,000
Event Commissions: $9,000-11,000
Benefits Package (Expense Account + Insurance Contribution): $4,800

Duties
Talent coordination: Your job is to make sure all the events in your territories are booked and executed.
o Book events
o S end out emails and texts, while also checking the system for gig bids
o Phone calls regarding your territory’s events
o Zoom training regarding your territory’s events
Event management: Your job will be ensuring talent shows up and completes their booking.
o Help talent with any event related questions before, during and after events.
o Pre-On-Site check-ins from talent.
Requirements
· Highschool diploma or equivalent
· College degree preferred
· 1+ Years in Events or Marketing

· Weekly Schedule: Variable Monday-Friday, and weekend work.
o Weekend work is required , checking in Talent to events and any rebooks necessary.
o For every weekend worked, the following Monday is granted off; except for Mondays that preceded a holiday weekend. These days are “banked” to use at a later approved date.
o 1 weekend/month off
