Job Description

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities Plan production with suppliers to keep inventory flowing smoothly across internal and Amazon FBA warehouses. Forecast demand, improve accuracy in forecasts, and optimize inventory KPIs. Coordinate shipments from manufacturing sites to warehouses and manage inventory replenishments via ERP & Amazon Seller Central. Tackle inbound inventory issues at Amazon FBA warehouses. Develop and analyze supply chain KPIs to enhance Amazon performance. Support product launches and promotions with marketing and product teams. Drive cost-saving initiatives by refining operational processes and implementing automations. Lead special Amazon operations projects, from launches to internal workflow enhancements. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful Must-Haves : 46 years of experience in supply chain and inventory management. At least 2 years managing an Amazon business. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/IMS systems. Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central. Nice-to-Haves : CPG or start-up experience. Hands-on experience onboarding Amazon operations into ERP systems. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
