Our client, a dynamic player in the property management industry, is seeking an Apartment Painter to join their team. As an Apartment Painter, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting property enhancement and maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Apartment Painter

Location: Palm Desert, CA

Pay Range: 22-25.00

Shift: AM 

What's the Job?

• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and cleaning.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a painter or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor.
