Job Description

Applied Resource Group, headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, was founded to create value for our clients by delivering a specialized focus in IT staffing and recruiting. We are currently expanding and are seeking entrepreneurial highly motivated sales and recruitment professionals to join our growing organization. The successful candidate must understand how to work collaboratively and seamlessly in a team focused environment. The primary responsibilities of the Associate Recruiter will include but not be limited to developing, maintaining, and increasing customer relationships in Atlanta, GA market.

Responsibilities:

  • Business development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Negotiate terms and secure contracts.
  • Source candidates through various channels.
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide feedback.
  • Match candidates to client vacancies.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide feedback.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in recruitment software and tools.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Ability to create your own leads list with provided sales enablement tools and CRM
  • Experience in Public Speaking and Presentation
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
  • Compensation: Salary + Bonus
