A growing Pompano based firm is looking to add an Immigration Attorney to their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law , with a particular focus on business and family immigration cases. The ideal candidate will have a great personality and a willingness to learn and help others. Prior experience in immigration law is highly preferred, but they are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of business immigration and family immigration matters, including but not limited to visa applications, green card petitions, adjustment of status, and naturalization.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
• Prepare and file legal documents, petitions, and applications with government agencies, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in non-court immigration proceedings, including interviews, administrative hearings, and appeals when necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure effective case management and client communication.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policy to provide informed counsel to clients.
• Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in Florida
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
