Job Description

• Manage affordable housing construction projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
• Coordinate and oversee construction teams
• Ensure compliance with local and federal construction regulations
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or delays in the project
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Construction management degree or relevant field
• Strong knowledge of construction industry and affordable housing projects
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to coordinate and oversee teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
