Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager – Corporate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding and nurturing a portfolio of corporate accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring outstanding client satisfaction while contributing to the overall revenue growth of the U.S. Point of Sale.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager - Corporate on our team, your mission will be to grow revenue, market share, NDC penetration rates and new business opportunities with direct corporate accounts. You’ll act as a trusted partner to our clients, leveraging insights to deliver innovative solutions and ensuring our brand continues to meet the unique needs of our corporate customers. Working remotely and with frequent travel, this role requires a resourceful, results-driven, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities Overview :

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of 40-70 corporate accounts.
  • Collaborate with travel managers, TMCs (Travel Management Companies), and other external/internal stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Regularly analyze account performance, ensure contract implementation, and provide timely updates on SIA fares, products, and promotions.

- Achieving Sales and NDC Goals

  • Clinch new accounts to increase sales revenue.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
  • Offer innovative corporate-specific solutions, such as incentive schemes, discounts, and tactical fares.
  • Proactively identify MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) group sales opportunities and seasonal business growth opportunities.
  • Improve NDC penetration rate among corporates to a significant level.

- Relationship Building

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including corporate administrators and executive management, to maximize SIA’s corporate travel value.
  • Facilitate ongoing engagement with corporate travelers, PPS (Priority Passenger Service), and KrisFlyer members to drive brand loyalty.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on U.S. PoS priorities, working collaboratively with TMCs, Sales Planning & Admin, and Marketing teams.
  • Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and client-facing meetings.
  • Provide regular reports, forecasts, and feedback to internal stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.

  • Your Qualifications :
  • Proven expertise in securing new accounts, corporate account management and sales strategy, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented, with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and traveling (domestically and occasionally internationally).
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify and act on business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution Systems), Salesforce, Excel, Tableau and managing incentive pricing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of NDC concept is a must.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with a team first mentality.

Bonus Skills :

  • Awareness of local and international corporate travel industry trends.
  • Experience engaging with large organizations and navigating complex decision-making hierarchies.
