Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Call Center Rockstar (Fluent in Spanish Required)

We’re seeking  Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our vibrant call center team. Acting as the first point of contact for our valued customers, you'll handle 80–100 calls per day with poise, precision, and positivity. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Champion Customer Solutions : Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and solutions, ensuring every exchange is seamless and informative.
  • Handle a High Volume with High Energy : Manage 80-100 incoming calls daily while delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Flex Your Bilingual Superpower : Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to assist a diverse customer base with clarity and empathy.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in  Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus, but not required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
