We’re looking for an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to lead our front office team and support our clinical staff in delivering excellent patient care. This is a leadership role responsible for managing the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the front office, including scheduling, patient flow, and insurance coordination

• Manage and support front desk team, including training, performance feedback, and accountability

• Monitor practice performance metrics including production, collections, and unscheduled treatment follow-up

• Handle patient concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care

• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure a smooth and efficient schedule

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies

• Manage supply inventory and budgets

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a dental office leadership role

• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance billing, and patient scheduling

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
