• Possess an understanding of electrical supply and distribution, vendor relations, and business development.
• Collaborate with Project Estimators after the job is quoted
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities
• Provide customers with submittals, shipping requirements, and manufacturer information
• Manage and maintain all projects through the assigned software for project tracking, billing, delivery dates, or special requirements

What is required to perform this job successfully?

• College-level coursework and/or equivalent 4 + years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of business operations and processes
• Strong written & verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer contact skills
• Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred
• Strong telephone etiquette and meeting management skills
• Listening effectively when others are speaking
• Effectively set priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to report on the success of projects
• Ability to perform and retain various skill-related tasks, training, and operations

Preference will be given to someone with industry experience (Electrical Supply and Distribution) and demonstrated project management and customer service skills.
