Full Desk/Inside Sales Recruiter (this is not a remote position)

Marietta, GA, USA

Growing office in Marietta, GA is in need of a FULL DESK RECRUITER!

Looking for someone with at least 3 years' inside sales experience preferably in the staffing industry

Hours: M-F, 8-5

Pay: Base Salary with Very competitive Commission Plan

Responsibilities:

• Calling existing clients and/or prospects to try and place top candidates
• Calling on Prospects to schedule appointments for you and for Director of Business Development
• Filling open job orders with the RIGHT candidates
• Bringing in and recruiting talent for open job orders
• Preparing resumes for associates

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' inside sales or staffing experience (both ideally)
• Self-motivated
• accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments
• Well-spoken with professional presentation skills/ exceptional customer service
• Very proficient in Typing, Word and Excel
• Consultative Sales skills with history of follow-up
