Elmer's Home Services in Houston, TX is looking for an experienced HVAC Senior Warranty Technician to handle warranty-related work and a range of service calls. Hours will vary but will be mid-shift 11am - 7pm. This position earns $30 - $35 per hour and enjoys generous employer contributions on medical, dental, vision (starts every 1st of the month), PTO, 401K, and work all year round.

Our skilled and capable staff confidently assists customers with their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, service, plumbing, and repair needs. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC issues, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and soldering.
• Handling all customer calls that include service, maintenance, warranty, diagnostics, second opinions, and estimates.
• Efficiently communicating with dispatch to schedule and debrief customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated information.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• 5+ years of proven experience specifically in troubleshooting and diagnosing a wide range of HVAC system problems
• Valid TDLR, EPA, and driver's license
• Knowledge of ServiceTitan software
• Demonstrated familiarity and working knowledge of Goodman HVAC systems.
• Experience with and understanding of HVAC communicating systems.
• Ability to follow Elmer's Training Processes and Procedures on every call - The Elmer's Way!
• Commitment to participating in all company-sponsored training classes
