Job Description:
As a Licensed HVAC Technician at US Property Experts INC, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients. Your expertise and dedication will ensure the optimal performance and functionality of HVAC systems, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Installation and Repair:
  • Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, following manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment malfunctions, such as mechanical failures, electrical issues, and refrigerant leaks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Replace or upgrade components of existing HVAC systems as needed to improve efficiency and performance.
  1. Maintenance:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC components, to prevent breakdowns and prolong system lifespan.
  • Conduct system inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement, recommending preventive measures or repairs as necessary.
  • Test HVAC systems to verify proper operation and compliance with performance standards.
  1. Troubleshooting:
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot complex HVAC problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to restore functionality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients on HVAC system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency best practices.
  • Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance tasks, and recommendations, for accurate record-keeping and future reference.
  1. Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure all HVAC work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others at all times.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to HVAC systems, incorporating best practices into daily work activities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures for equipment handling, storage, and disposal.
  1. Prepare cost estimates.
  2. Create records of materials used.
  3. Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Valid HVAC technician license issued by USA.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with proficiency in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC equipment, components, and controls, including refrigeration principles and electrical systems.
  • Need you to have your own tools and transportation with a valid driver's license.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
