We are entering an exciting phase of development and we are looking for somebody who is passionate about the world of health and fitness to join our team as a Lead Fitness Consultant. You will be responsible for delivering 1-to-1 and small group personal training sessions to clients in a gym environment, while also providing online coaching services. Importantly, you will also be reponsible for mananging, training and mentoring other trainers who join the company. Roles & Responsibilities Delivering 1-to-1 and small group personal training sessions in a gym environment - focusing primarily on resistance/weight training Planning training programs and being in regular contact with your clients outside of the gym Coaching fitness-related nutrition habits Keeping your clients accountable to their goals, training and nutrition programs Managing, training and mentoring other trainers and coaches who join the company Skills & Qualifications At least 7 years of experience providing fitness and nutrition coaching to clients Extensive experience of resistance/weight training and "body transformation" methodology Leadership experience managing other trainers/coaches within a gym environment Experience working with clients in the fitness industry in Singapore Relevant personal training qualifications Passion for and sound understanding of fitness-related topics Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and connect with a diverse range of clients Full training and mentorship will be provided, along with the opportunity to advance your career and earn generous commission on top of your base salary.
