• Documentation of daily health status, changes, and medication reconciliation JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Florida license
• Board: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• DEA: Active DEA Certification
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Must have active Internal Medicine/Hospitalist/Family Medicine practice for at least 24 inpatients in the past 12 months in an accredited hospital or healthcare facility
• Other Qualifications: Clean background, Proficiency with Epic EMR, Primary source case logs required from facility DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform ER patient assessments
• Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharges
• Place orders and manage patient care coordination
• Complete EMR documentation for all care interventions and patient status
• Collaborate with operational leadership and office coordinators for schedule and patient management
