About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director, Impact (MDI) to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-quality support for students. The MDI will be responsible for deepening the impact of the service model, managing district and school relationships, and ensuring the program delivers Whole School, Whole Child services. This role involves leading a team to develop and execute the service model, setting and meeting annual impact goals, and fostering a culture of learning, growth, and inclusivity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving students, schools, and communities, and a commitment to diversity, belonging, inclusivity, and equity.
Applicants for the MDI position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have worked in education or social service programs. The role requires experience in team management, strategic partnership development, and a proven track record of building sustainable relationships. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, capable of operating in fast-paced and changing environments, and will be expected to manage up and work alongside executive-level peers. Familiarity with educational standards, national service, and the learning and working styles of Generation Z is strongly preferred. The MDI will also be responsible for leading the team in recruitment efforts and will be expected to demonstrate exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
