The Medical Director will provide leadership to the clinical staff as well as maintain a clinical practice of 24 hours weekly, 16 hrs administrative.

 Duties include recruiting, supervising and evaluating all primary care providers and specialists, process improvement focused on clinical care, patient access, staffing, utilization management and patient scheduling,  assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of quality improvement and compliance efforts, budgeting and strategic planning. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide administrative oversight and direction for the clinical, operational and educational functions of our health center. 

Qualifications:

·Current MA MD or DO License or ability to obtain, Family Physician or Internal Medicine, Board Certified, completion of accredited residency required.

Patient/Administrative Schedule: 24 Clinical hours, 16 Administrative hours. 

Clinical and administrative supports include Lab Services, Behavioral Health, Recovery Services including OBAT, community outreach, HIV prevention and support services and on-site Dental Services.
