The Role and Impact At Talroo, junior engineers take on responsibilities that are typically reserved for senior roles elsewhere. From day one, you'll : Own and deploy production features that directly impact revenue Design and run A / B tests that influence major business decisions Collaborate across the entire technical stack Make data-driven decisions that affect millions of job seekers We believe in rapid technical growth through hands-on experience. New engineers quickly progress from contributing to core systems to owning critical infrastructure components.
