Our clients are hiring for Nuclear Electrical Design Engineers . Our Design Engineering Division offers comprehensive engineering, design, analysis, and consulting services for the energy sector. As an engineer, your work will contribute to maintaining a safe and sustainable zero-emission energy source, providing engineering solutions for both traditional nuclear and emerging nuclear technologies.

About the Job:

1. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on client projects involving modifications to existing power facilities and electrical systems.
2. Participate in the design, preparation, and integration of major electrical power equipment.
3. Prepare engineering calculations and electrical control circuit designs.
4. Conduct tests, research problems using technical information sources.
5. Design or modify components and interpret specifications and instructions.
6. Recommend on the acceptability of materials supplied and work performed by contractors.
7. Support engineering teams on various client projects.
8. Occasional travel to client and vendor offices for design reviews, and to plant sites for construction coordination and field verification.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant practical experience.
• Experience in nuclear engineering is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
