CACI is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Network Service Provider Performance Management analyst. This candidate should have 5 or more years of service operations and delivery management experience in a network service provider environment. The Performance Management Analyst is a multifaceted role in the client’s multi-supplier ecosystem supporting the integration, management and measurement of Network Services. Responsibilities include assisting the lead in managing the Performance Management and Service Level Management functions of the Network Service Operations, overseeing relationships among the program, other Service Providers, key government stakeholders, and Functional Leads to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for end-to-end service delivery. The role involves communicating and working across the program and customer ecosystem to standardize service delivery metrics, managing ITSM SLM module requirements, establishing performance goals for SLA and KPI metrics, providing analysis and support for ongoing service delivery, working with functional leads to define KPIs, creating ServiceNow or Tableau dashboards for reporting, understanding customer IT Service Requirements, performing collection and analysis of service delivery performance metrics, and providing material for monthly business reviews. Qualifications required include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience, 5+ years in network operations or related roles, TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance, ITIL certification, experience with ServiceNow, Tableau, or other measurement tools, and strong analytical and customer service skills. Desired qualifications include experience in Customer Engagement for IT Infrastructure Services, government client experience, PMP certification, leadership in MSI practice, and experience managing large teams and public-sector clients. This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately but represents positions consistently available at CACI.
