✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
✔️ Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities to improve mobility.
✔️ Monitor patient progress and provide updates to supervising Physical Therapists.
✔️ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with care standards.
✔️ Educate patients and families on effective home exercise programs to support recovery.

✅ What We're Looking For
✔️ Education: Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
✔️ Licensure: Valid New Mexico PTA license and current BLS certification.
✔️ Experience: At least 1 year of experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
✔️ Skills: Proficiency in therapeutic modalities, exercise techniques, and EMR documentation.
✔️ Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and a team-oriented approach to patient care.
