Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our aluminum finishing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring safety and quality standards, optimizing workflow, and leading a team of production staff. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of product quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day production operations in the aluminum finishing department, ensuring timely and efficient production schedules. - Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet customer demands and delivery schedules. - Monitor production metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiencies. - Ensure the maintenance of equipment and machinery, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive measures. - Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Manage and lead a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. - Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product quality and adherence to specifications. - Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize productivity. - Prepare and manage the production budget, including cost control measures and resource allocation. - Communicate effectively with other departments, including Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production processes. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide insights to enhance operational workflows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in production management, preferably in the aluminum finishing or manufacturing industry. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and lean methodologies. - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff. - Proficient in data analysis and performance metric tracking. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing. - Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with automation and advanced manufacturing technologies. - Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus. - Knowledge of environmental compliance standards related to aluminum finishing processes.
