About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to join our leadership team and oversee operations on either second or third shift. This role is essential to ensuring our production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for supervising production personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving performance to meet or exceed key metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff on assigned shift
• Monitor workflow, adjust resources, and ensure schedules are met
• Enforce safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe work environment
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate when necessary
• Ensure quality standards are met and maintained
• Maintain accurate shift reports and documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices
• Collaborate with other departments including maintenance, quality, and logistics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work 2nd shift or 3rd shift
• High school diploma or GED required
