Overview:

The Quality Manager will lead Quality Systems and team, drive continuous improvement and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about quality and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Quality Manager will lead quality initiatives for the Tank Division in alignment with IATF16949 standards .
• Develop, implement, and train teams on quality systems to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective, efficient quality processes.
• The Quality Manager will monitor and improve quality metrics; identify non-conformances and lead corrective actions.
• Manage and mentor a team of Engineers and Technicians.
• Analyze data, drive root cause analysis, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
• The Quality Manager will oversee internal/external audits and maintain compliance with IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards .
• Engage in KPI reviews, customer communications, and the APQP process .
• Initiate and manage corrective actions for internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• The Quality Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Must have 5–7 years of quality management experience in contract manufacturing from an Engineering background.
• Must have a background in metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and paint processes .
• The Quality Manager must be proficient in Lean Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA
• Green or Black Belt preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications (CQA, CQE) a plus.
• Must be a CITIZEN/ GC HOLDER
