Job Description

We are currently hiring a Recruiter for a client in the Albuquerque area.

Job Duties:

• Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
• Create job descriptions.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Build networks to find qualified candidates.
• Post openings in online venues, newspaper classifieds, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
• Utilize the internet for recruitment.
• Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
• Improve the company website recruiting section to assist in recruiting.
• Research new ways of using the internet for recruitment.
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years' experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees of the organization
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work alone and with a team
• Performs well as a team member and maintains good interpersonal relationships with all team members
• Ability to prioritize tasks and juggle competing and changing deadlines while remaining calm under pressure
• Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Accountable, adaptable, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Able to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of peers, staff, and vendors
• Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy

Salary: Base 45 - 55K DOE
