Regional Operations Manager – Jackson

1. Job Summary:

Knight Commercial Services is a full-service restoration company that specializes in restoring facilities back to their pre-loss condition after emergency or catastrophic situations primarily caused by water/flood damage, fire, biohazard/trauma events, and instances of mild to extensive mold. When needed, we consider it both a privilege and responsibility to respond to situations immediately and to do everything possible to remove this burden from our clients and their patrons. Our proven systems combined with the latest, high-tech equipment, and our team of highly trained technicians, help expedite the process of restoring facilities affected by flood, fire, biohazard/trauma, or mold back to their original condition while at the same time saving our clients time and money.

Knight Restoration is rapidly expanding. Ideal candidate will be managing the operational functions of a commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration in the Jackson office, dependable, professional, customer service oriented and have great communication skills. Experience in the commercial field required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have industry experience as a Water Restoration Crew Chief or Operations Manager
• Demonstrating sound knowledge in commercial restoration services such as fire, water, mold remediation and flood restoration
• Execute and oversee projects in a completed and established time frame, scheduling of jobs, resources, and manage crews.
• Experience servicing commercial properties
• Ensures productivity and coordination of all staff to meet division goals for quality, profitable operations, and client satisfaction.
• Guarantee customer’s satisfaction in all areas of restoration services performed and provides exceptional Client Services to efficiently resolve all customer complaints.
• Managing Customer and client satisfaction and representing and improving brand operations
• Overseeing all aspects of safety and health requirements and daily production management.
• Overseeing status of small and large-loss jobs and communicating processes with management and ownership.
• Maintaining inventory for equipment, vehicles and facilities related maintenance.
• Ensure clear communication with entire staff, ability to manage relationships.

• Xactimate experience is REQUIRED
• IICRC Certification is REQUIRED
• Must have current/valid Driver's License
• Must hold a current Texas MRC license

Job Type:

• Full-time

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience
• Commissions: Earn commission on net income from projects
• Vehicle allowance

Job Location:

• Work Location: In-person, Jackson, MS

Travel Expectations:
