About the Role
CA Maxin is the U.S. distribution arm of a global manufacturer of high-quality bathroom fixtures under the acquSMK brand. Our products are trusted, cUPC-certified, and already on shelves at Ace Hardware, True Value, independent showrooms, and contractor supply houses across the U.S.
We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to expand our retail footprint and manage relationships within a defined territory. This is a field-heavy, relationship-first sales role that requires daily in-person visits to established and potential retail partners.
What You’ll Be Doing – Day to Day
Territory Management: You’ll spend the majority of your day visiting 8 to 14 locations — including hardware stores, kitchen/bath showrooms, plumbing supply houses, and contractors — introducing our product line and checking in on existing accounts.
Relationship Development: Your job is to become a familiar, trusted face. That means building rapport with store owners, buyers, counter staff, and contractor customers. You're not just selling — you're helping partners grow their business with our products.
Product Presentations: You’ll demonstrate product value, explain features, and train store staff on how to sell it effectively. You need to be able to clearly explain the “why” behind what we offer.
Sales Execution: You’re responsible for securing purchase orders, setting up new accounts, placing displays, negotiating consignment agreements, and ensuring accounts are actively turning inventory.
Follow-Up & Support: Once the product is in, your job continues. You’ll support accounts with reordering, merchandising, and tracking sell-through. You are their point of contact for anything product-related.
Market Intelligence: You'll gather feedback on pricing, competitor brands, shelf space, and buying habits — and report back so we can continuously improve our approach.
Sales Goals: The role is performance-based. Sales targets are clear: $8,000 per week / $40,000 per month in product movement. High performers consistently exceed this.
What We're Looking For
Field-based B2B sales experience is ideal, but not required if you're highly coachable and confident in face-to-face selling.
You should be comfortable driving daily and independently managing a territory.
You must be disciplined about planning your day, organizing store visits, and tracking results.
Strong communication and follow-up skills are non-negotiable.
Experience in plumbing, hardware, or building materials is a plus but not required.
Bilingual or multilingual is a plus.

Work Environment & Expectations
This is not a remote Zoom-sales role. You’ll be in the field daily, interfacing with partners face-to-face, moving product, and building real business relationships. There is a hybrid structure — some admin and planning can be done from home or in-office, but the core of the job happens out on the road.
