We are currently seeking passionate and committed Speech-Language Pathologists for an exciting opportunity in Fremont County, CO. This is a full-time contract position for the 2025-2026 school year.

Position Details: Position: SLP or SLPA
Location: In-person (no hybrid or remote options)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Duration: 8/14/2025 - 5/20/2026
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Caseload: 55-65 students
Grade Level: K-5, some 9-12

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom.

• Provide therapy in individual and group settings.

• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress updates.

• Educate staff and families on speech and language development strategies.

Qualifications:

• Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).

• CDE SSP - Special Service Provider.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
