We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with expertise in Kanban to lead the agile delivery of cutting-edge projects focused on Security Technologies, preferably in Encryption and Key Management leveraging HSMs and Key Management tools both on-premises and in the cloud. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of designing, implementing, and maintaining Jira boards to manage complex technology infrastructure and software projects on-premises environments and cloud service providers.

The Scrum Master will play a critical role in establishing and scaling Agile practices across the organization:

• Jira Board Management: Design, implement, and maintain Jira boards to effectively manage Identity Management, Secrets Vaults, Encryption, Active Directory, and Privileged Access Management projects.
• Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Project Oversight: Ensure timely delivery of solutions in Azure, AWS, and on premises while tracking progress and identifying risks.
• Coaching and Training: Train and mentor teams across the organization to adopt Agile practices and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to prioritize deliverables and align goals.
• Metrics and Reporting: Provide actionable insights using Agile metrics, workflow visualizations, and status updates.
• Best Practices Implementation: Promote Agile methodologies and tools to optimize workflows and enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8+ years as a Scrum Master, with significant experience in Kanban and Agile coaching.
• Familiarity with technology infrastructure, software development, and tools for Identity Management, Secrets Vaults, Encryption, Active Directory, and Privileged Access Management.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects in Azure and AWS environments.
• Advanced skills in designing and managing complex Jira workflows, custom dashboards, and automation.
• Proven ability to train and mentor teams and foster organization-wide Agile adoption.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or SAFe Agile Certification preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Background in managing large-scale Agile transformations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
