Job Description

We are seeking an individual to work with a Fortune 50 Broadcast Media & Entertainment leader located in New York, New York. As the Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and implementing technology solutions to drive efficiencies across the client’s syndication operating model, enabling the scale of their processes across Global Streaming and their partners, and promote collaboration in the ways we work. Your primary objective will be to analyze business and technical processes, design solutions, and lead end-to-end implementation through collaborative tooling and data-driven automation.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in a technology, engineering, or media company supporting tools and technology analyst activities
• Experience interpreting business requirements, designing technology solutions, and lead change management for stakeholders
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Lucid Chart and Airtable
• Ability to work in highly matrixed structure; including various functions, role types, and organizations

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Syndication team, Global Streaming stakeholders, and our partners to understand current operating procedures and identify optimization efforts to drive efficiency
• Design and implement technology solutions that drive improve productivity, support scale across our teams, and automation throughout the Syndication operating models
• Own and maintain Syndication collaboration spaces; including strategy, security, onboarding, and site content maintenance plans
• Analyze the tools and systems required by our partners to perform business functions and develop a streamlined end-to-end user access process
