We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager who is excited to drive major impact on a small, growing team. In this role, you will be pivotal in evolving our marketing function, helping to up-level our growth strategy, and executing cross-channel campaigns to engage and convert key animal and human health research prospects. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate directly with sales, sales ops, customer success, and leaderships as you work to build brand awareness and grow demand.

This role is hybrid (Tuesday – Thursday in office) and is located in Austin, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a scalable growth strategy to 10x brand awareness in a new market segment with strong product-market fit
  • Lead all demand generation activities, including developing targeted campaigns and owning execution across channels (email, LinkedIn, ads, webinars, etc.)
  • Manage an ad agency and ABM vendor to track and optimize paid advertising
  • Build target lists, draft emails, and schedule campaigns in HubSpot to deliver tailored outreach to key prospect and customer audiences
  • Develop social calendar to elevate our brand and engage prospects via LinkedIn
  • Create and/or source content necessary to support your campaigns, including scoping content calendar, writing blogs, drafting social copy, and more
  • Organize, promote, and lead virtual webinars, including planning topics, partnering internally to recruit participants, and executing on email outreach, webinar hosting, and attendee follow-up
  • Track metrics, test content and messaging, and analyze campaign results to iterate and maximize ROI
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deepen customer/market understanding and prioritize highest-impact projects to drive company goals
  • Optimize SEO to increase website traffic through organic search, including consideration of LLMs as well as traditional search engines
  • Thoughtfully leverage AI to expand team reach and efficiency while maintaining brand positioning, tone of voice, and content accuracy

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in a demand generation role within B2B SaaS, including proven track record of delivering measurable business impact
  • Proficiency in creating, implementing, and iterating to improve demand generation strategies, content creation, and campaign management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create persuasive and engaging content tailored to the life sciences audience
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience translating qualitative and quantitative insights into data-driven decisions
  • Curiosity, creative problem solving, and a strong ability to work through ambiguity to prioritize and manage time across a wide range of tasks
  • Preference for experience in the life sciences industry and/or Clinical Data Management Systems
  • Basic design proficiency in Canva or similar a plus
