Job Description Onward Search Education is partnering with a school district in the greater Seattle metropolitan area to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team while making a meaningful impact on students’ communication skills and overall development. Location: Greater Seattle Metropolitan Area Start Date: August 2025 End Date: June 2026 Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday) Grade Level: TBD (Based on district need) Hours: 37.5-40 hours/week Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals Conduct evaluations, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers Support students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Washington SLP license (or eligibility) Must hold or be eligible for a Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome Prior school-based experience preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
