SWIM USA is currently seeking a part-time (non-CDL) Truck Driver to safely operate company vehicle(s) to collect, transport and deliver Company products and equipment. In addition, may be asked to pick up supplies for maintenance staff or other work as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Practice safe work processes and contributes to the creation and maintenance of a safe working environment for self and others.
• Light building maintenance and facility work.
• Must be able to pick up maintenance supplies as needed for assigned projects.
• Safely operate the company's 24-foot box truck for the collection, transportation, and delivery of company products and equipment.
• It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the driver delivers and picks up company equipment and distributes to our surrounding offices.
• This associate is the face of SWIM USA to our customers/associates and must work to build rapport with key decision makers, ensures quality standards, and pro-actively solve associate's concerns.
• All other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Education: High School diploma preferred or equivalent. CDL license a plus but not required. Must possess a valid driver's license.

Experience: Must possess at least 3 years' experience driving a box truck or similar vehicles.

Skills:

• Must be at least 21 years of age for box truck operation
• At least one (1) year of commercial vehicle experience a plus
• Clean driving record, including: no DUIs/DWIs in the past five (5) years; no preventable DOT recordable accident involving a fatality; no more than one preventable accident within the last twelve months and not more than two preventable accidents within the last twenty-four months; no license suspensions in the last twelve (12) months; maximum of two moving violation convictions within the past three years.
• No controlled substance charges and/or convictions.
• Must have the ability to follow directions well and work safely
• Previous maintenance or related experience a plus
• Must be authorized and eligible to work in the United States

Travel: to our NY office as needed and surrounding offices in PA (all PA locations within 15 minutes driving time)

Working Conditions:

• Inside and outside work required all seasons

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
• Must be able to stand/sit/walk for up to 8 hours
