Job Type: Full-Time | Evaluation Hire & Long-Term Temporary
Pay: $18.00/HR
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
Location: Lewiston, ID | Clarkston, WA

Overview: Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a hardworking, safety-focused Truss Laborer for a long-term opportunity with a great local LC Valley company. If you enjoy physical, hands-on work in a team environment and are looking to grow with a company that values commitment and performance, this is a great opportunity for you!

You'll work in a production environment handling lumber and position plates as you work with the team to assemble and pack trusses. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced job ideal for someone who enjoys active work and wants to build a career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use of hand and power tools
• Repetitively lift and move up to 50 lbs independently and team lifting more than 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout shift
• Stand/walk for full 8-hour shifts; follow all PPE and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Safety-first mindset
• Strong physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
• Prior experience in a labor-intensive setting
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Adaptable and willing to take on new responsibilities
