This position serves as the field team lead and provides functional direction to field staff and primary point of escalation for customer, vet or store partner issues. This position also serves as a driver of company vehicles to vaccination clinics and is responsible for overall performance and operational compliance of the day’s clinics. Essential Job Functions include providing functional direction and supervision to field team, performing functions of all clinic team roles, safely operating company supplied vehicle, lifting up to 40lbs, managing difficult customer situations including pet incidents, liaising with leadership at clinic locations, ensuring clinic processes and paperwork are completed accurately, facilitating sales environment, handling revenues, assisting customers with paperwork, crowd management, offering discounts, managing equipment loading/unloading, training new partners, communicating Vetco medical recommendations, building cooperation with store management, reporting clinic results, ensuring clinic area cleanliness, notifying delays, reconciling equipment and supplies, escalating issues, completing paperwork and restocking supplies. Supervisory responsibility includes providing work direction and functional leadership to rig employees while in clinic or transit. Previous experience required includes ability to perform all clinic roles, outstanding customer service skills, leadership qualities, ability to operate company vehicles, effective communication and leadership, comfort handling animals, and good standing for existing partners. Work environment involves mostly indoor duties, vehicle travel, possible overnight travel, and physical activity including bending, kneeling, lifting up to 40 pounds, and standing for long periods.
