Our rental price includes electric heating, electricity, and hot water, so you don’t have to worry about any hidden costs. We offer part weeks bookings, pro rata, to suit your convenience. To secure your booking, we require a 20% deposit upon booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday.

 Bank details for payment will be provided on the Booking Form. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your holiday, please note that payments are non-refundable. However, we will make every effort to re-let the apartment, enabling a full refund (minus a £5 admin fee). We advise you to ensure you have suitable travel insurance in place to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
