Stay in our beautiful 3 Star one bedroomed apartment which is attached to a family home of character, overlooking L’Ancresse Common, a lovely area of ancient meadowland and Golf Course. The area is ideal for walkers, dog owners and lovers of flora and fauna.

​A 5 minute stroll will lead you to L’Ancresse Bay, a beautiful sandy beach. Canine friends are still very welcome in Guernsey, with many beaches open to dogs, even during peak season. These are all clearly signed.

​Nearest bus stop is only 2 minutes walk away, the nearest shop is 7 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk.​

Our Apartment

The fully equipped kitchenette has a ceramic hob, oven/microwave combination, fridge, etc. In fact, everything you will need, including a corkscrew!

The bedroom has a double bed, reading lamps, wardrobe/drawer units, mirror and stool, en-suite shower room with wash basin and toilet.

The lounge has an L shaped sofa unit, which can be used as 2 single beds, or a small double, dining table and chairs, drawers and shelf unit and a Flat screen Smart TV with free view. You can also log into your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account. Wi-Fi Available.

There is a rear garden with washing line, sunny patio at the front with table and chairs, and parking in the front drive.

Washing machine facilities are available at a small charge, and an iron and ironing board are provided within the apartment. Cot hire is available along with babysitting on request.

Any day bookings are accepted. The Apartment will be available at 12 noon on your day of arrival and we would appreciate it if you could vacate by 10 am on departure day.
