Job Title: Financial Administrative Assistant

Location: Indianapolis

Reports To: Vice President of Business Admin.

Department: Administration

Position Type: Full-Time (FT)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Shift: 1st

Summary: To provide administrative and organizational support for day-to-day business activities related to purchasing and financial responsibilities within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create Purchase Orders for online ordering vendors and off the shelf items by calling or processing orders online.
  • Process Customer Invoices by matching up shipment paperwork and customer purchase orders.
  • Generate weekly sales and financial reports utilizing Microsoft Excel
  • Generate monthly indirect spend reporting by utilizing ERP system reports.
  • Ensure organization by filing all paperwork for financial record keeping.
  • Assist in Work in Process Reviews and Job Closings for financial statements.
  • Assist Purchasing Manager by tracking and reporting on open orders and their expected due dates.
  • Provide clerical support to the Human Resources Manager for special projects and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
