Seeking an Office Manager for our two-location Oral Surgery practice. Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, patient satisfaction, and efficient administrative processes. Manage staff, handle scheduling, oversee billing, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• St. Peters office: Manage 15 employees including front desk, clinic lead and 1 Surgeon
• Wentzville office: Oversight of clinical team, office coordinator and 1 Surgeon

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a dental office setting, with a solid understanding of dental procedures and terminology
• Strong skills in HR management, practice management, and business administration
• Manage office billing, business licenses and credentialing for employees
• Strong knowledge of dental office operations, including familiarity with dental clinic workflows
• Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and a positive work culture within the office
• Dental practice management - Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field highly preferred

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

• 4 day work week; Tuesday-Friday
• Admin time on Monday where you will organize and prepare for the week
• $80k to $100k+ annually DOE
• 401K
• Benefits package - Healthcare 90% paid
• 1 week PTO for first year
