What You'll Be Doing
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
Develop and implement a workforce planning strategy to ensure a steady pipeline of top-tier candidates.
Build strong relationships with both active and passive candidates to create a robust talent network.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for client-specific job openings.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, including resume assistance, interview coaching, and job placement.
Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and compatibility with client needs.
Stay up to date on industry trends and recruitment best practices to attract high-quality talent.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines.
Client & Candidate Engagement
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, providing career guidance and professional development support.
Ensure a positive experience for job seekers by providing clear communication and timely updates.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and workforce needs.
Assist in creating and managing job postings to attract qualified applicants.
Associate Care & Retention
Conduct regular check-ins with associates to ensure job satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Implement engagement programs to enhance the associate experience and improve retention.
Address and resolve any concerns or grievances from associates and clients in a timely manner.
Champion a culture of inclusion, diversity, and respect in the workplace.
Additional Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools and best practices.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
What You Bring
Experience: 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience. Prior experience in the staffing industry is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
