📍 Location: Fort Wayne, IN

Are you a strong leader with a background in manufacturing operations? We are looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join a fast-paced, innovation-driven team focused on delivering excellence in production performance, people development, and safety standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise hourly production staff by providing training, coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily planning, setup, material flow, and execution of production processes.
• Monitor production volumes and recommend necessary process adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety procedures, and legal regulations.
• Maintain shift records, track yield and output, and communicate effectively across shifts.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Uphold positive working relationships, including with union-represented teams (where applicable).
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks and delays.

What You Bring:

Basic Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with ERP systems such as PLEX
• Flexibility to work weekends and across different shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of production team leadership
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to drive results and build high-performing teams
